Additional money back guarantees
All tickets are already refundable with vouchers in the event of cancellation due to bad weather, travel restrictions or covid quarantines, as per Prime Ministerial Decree. At the time of booking, if you wish, you can purchase additional guarantees which entitle you to a cash refund at a cost of €2.50 per ticket, with an excess of €2.50 per person. The guarantee is also extended for causes other than Covid or bad weather, such as: sudden illness or injury (with medical certificate), death up to the second degree of kinship, accidents or significant and documented damage to your assets.
